TIDP (Talent Identification and Development Program), established in 2014, was dedicated to nurturing young talent and guiding them towards achieving their fullest potential in the world of soccer. Building on our years of experience and success, we are excited to introduce a new program, TACKLE. This innovative initiative is tailored primarily for defenders, but it also welcomes midfielders and even strikers who are eager to master "the art of defending."

Our primary goal is to help players develop their skills to the highest level, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel on the field. Whether aiming for a scholarship to further their education or aspiring to embark on a professional career, we are committed to supporting each player in reaching their individual goals. Through personalized training, expert coaching, and a comprehensive development approach, TACKLE ensures that every participant has the opportunity to shine and succeed.

About COACH CRISTIAN FEDOR
Cristian Fedor is a licensed UEFA soccer coach with over 18 years of experience coaching youth and professional teams. A former professional player with achievements in Europe and Asia, he holds a UEFA License, a Canadian National License, and a Bachelor of Physical Education and Sport from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Fedor has played for clubs in Romania, Brunei, and Malaysia, participating in the UEFA Intertoto Cup and ASEAN Champions League. As a coach, he has served as Technical Director of the Ontario Youth Soccer League (OYSL) and Head Coach of Unirea Dej, guiding players to national team selections in Romania and Canada.
